the US/britain/french created ISIS for one reason. so they can legally detain muslims living in their countries under the guise of lending aid to a terrorist organization.

what's the biggest difference berween Isis and all the other "terror" groups? people from all over are joining them supposedly. citizens, soldiers, sympatiser's etc.

this is what all those FEMA facilities were built for in the US.

their legal footing will that if there is an islamic state, muslims will feel compelled to lend assistance. and you know the public will by that justification since so many non muslims are "joining" Isis.
